Use email sign-in with your password. If you forgot your password, click "Forgot password?" on the login page to receive a reset link.

Check your spam/junk folder first. If it's not there, wait a few minutes and request again. Make sure you're checking the email address you signed up with.

Go to Account Settings to update your email. You'll need to verify the new email address before the change takes effect.

Credits are spent when using the AI Wealth Coach. 1 credit = 1 standard chat message; 4 credits = Scenario Explorer run; 6 credits = deep analysis. All credits are yours with no expiry.

You receive 15 free credits when you create your account, and an automatic top-up of 10 credits every quarter — no card required.

Go to Account → Credits and choose a PAYG pack: $10 / 20 credits, $20 / 50 credits, or $35 / 100 credits. One-time payment, no subscription needed.

Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased. If you experience a technical issue, contact us at adrian@ripperwealth.com.au and we'll make it right.
